Vendor Requirements
Setup starts no earlier than 8am. All vendors must be completely set up by 9:45am and vehicles moved to designated parking area located behind 16170 Main St. We ask that boxes, packing materials and extra stock be removed from booth and placed in your vehicle. Items will not be permitted to be stored on sidewalks or next to exhibits. No vendor shall dismantle or remove any part of its display before the end of the event. Please remove all trash and leave the street clean.

Exhibit Space
LLCAG agrees to provide one 10’X10' space but tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors will be responsible for the setup of their own exhibit. Power is not provided however generators are permitted with prior approval. Please request use when submitting your application. Assignment of booth space will be allocated by LLCAG.
Food
All food vendors must meet and comply with the Lake County Health Department regulations and it is the vendors responsibility to obtain a permit from the County of Lake. Compliance will be validated by event staff on site the day of the fair and must be prominently posted on your booth. (Lake County Public Health 707-263-1164) Food vendors must provide two trash cans and bags to be placed in front of your booth. LLCAG will pick up and dispose of trash throughout the event.
